Please Read Before Booking: Important Home Details To ensure this home is the right fit for your group, please review the following details regarding our historic property and neighborhood rules.

1. Parking & Driveway (Historic Feature) This home was built in the 1940s when cars were much smaller. As a result, the driveway is very steep and narrow.

• Recommendation: We strongly recommend using street parking, which is generally available.

• Warning: If you choose to use the driveway, you do so at your own risk. It is not suitable for SUVs or low-profile vehicles.

2. Strict Quiet Hours & Hot Tub Rules We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood with full-time residents. The City of San Diego enforces strict noise ordinances.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM daily.

• Hot Tub Hours: The spa cannot be used during quiet hours (10 PM - 7 AM).

• Sanitization: Guests must shower to remove sand/lotions before entering.

• Please Note: Violations of noise rules or hot tub hours can result in fines or reservation cancellation. We strictly enforce this to respect our neighbors.

3. Historic Home Climate Control (AC) This is a two-story home from the 1940s.

• Thermostat: The system is locked between 69°F - 80°F to prevent freezing.

• Temperature Variance: Heat rises, so the upper level may be warmer than the lower level. The front rooms (near the HVAC) will be cooler than the back rooms.

4. Check-In/Out Our professional cleaning team requires the full window from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM to sanitize this large 2,700 sq. ft. property (5 beds, 3 baths, kitchen, and outdoors). We generally cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-out.
