The front patio offers a gas firepit and overlooks the ocean, beach, and park.

The house is a single level house with an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area, overlooking the ocean. You can hear the waves crash when the large glass sliding door open.

Living Room: 75″ TV, oversized sectional, and gas fireplace. Built-in Sonos sound system.

Dining Room: 6-person dining table overlooking the ocean. Built-in Sonos sound system.

Kitchen: gourmet kitchen with walk-in pantry. All-clad cookware and double oven. Includes coffee maker and coffee. Built-in Sonos sound system.

Bedroom 1: California king bed with en suite overlooking the back patio. Includes tv.

Bedroom 2: double bed with en suite. Includes tv.

Bedroom 3: two twin beds. Includes tv.

Bedroom 4: California king bed. Includes tv and built-in Sonos sound system. This bedroom is separated from the main house through the garage, but does not include a bathroom. Any guests staying in this bedroom must go through the garage into the main house to access the kitchen and bathroom.

Den: extra TV / seated area with Sonos sound system.

Garage: fits one car comfortably. Built-in Sonos sound system for yoga or workouts.

Driveway: The driveway fits up to 3 cars comfortably.

Guests can access the entire home.

Please note that our cleaners take the full 5 hours (11 AM – 4 PM) to clean this home, as it is 4 bedrooms (with 5 beds to change), 3 full bathrooms, 2 living areas, 1 dining room, 1 full kitchen, garage, and outdoor spaces. While we try our best to accommodate early check-in when possible, we are unable to guarantee early check-in or late check-out.

We offer 8 beach chairs, 8 beach towels, two (2) boogie boards, a cooler, and one (1) beach umbrella for Guest use. We do not offer any other beach gear, such as surf boards, etc. Guests may rent beach gear from local companies and the Host is happy to provide some rental options upon request.
